Returns Policy

Returns Policy Luxevita is committed to your confidence in every selection. We invite returns for items that do not fully meet your expectations, handled with the care they deserve.

Return Window Eligible returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must arrive back to us in pristine, resale-ready condition: unworn, undamaged, with original tags securely attached, dust bag/box included, and no signs of use or alteration.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces
  • Items marked as final sale or special promotion
  • Worn, soiled, or modified products (including scent traces or minor wear)

How to Return

  1. Email [email protected] within the 14-day period with your order number and reason for return to obtain pre-approval and return instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely using the original packaging materials to prevent transit damage.
  3. Use a traceable, insured carrier for shipment (customer covers return postage unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival).
  4. Upon receipt and verification, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5–8 business days (subject to your bank or card issuer).

Refunds & Exchanges Full refunds include the item price and original outbound shipping (for complete order returns). Partial returns refund only the returned item’s value. For exchanges, indicate your preferred replacement; new shipping fees may apply. International customs/duties are non-refundable.
